Veterans Assisted Living — Yuma celebrated its grand opening on Tuesday November 10th. Veterans Assisted Living — Yuma: For Veterans and Friends is located at 2600 S. 4th Avenue in Yuma. The facility previous housed Clarion Suites. The four-acre complex features 160 fully furnished one-bedroom apartments, some with bathrooms remodeled to accommodate wheelchair access. Other units are equipped for the visually and hearing impaired. The facility will provide a nurse on staff 24 hours a day, three meals daily, housekeeping, laundry, assistance with bathing and dressing.
