Armed Forces Park

The park is a Chamber owned development under the direction of our Military Affairs Committee. Yuma's Armed Forces Memorial Park is located at the site of the old railroad depot on Gila Street in downtown Yuma.

Sales of memorial plaques have also been taking place over the past two years and the sales are currently at 2,100 plaques. Planners would like to sell 3,000 plaques to provide the dollars necessary to complete the park. Revenue generated through plaque sales will be used to fund park construction and maintenance.
