We invite you to join our Sustainability Fair on Earth Day, Tuesday, April 22nd from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on the AWC main campus. Our theme is Let’s Go Green. Come and visit with vendors on green products and learn ways to “Go Green”.

What’s the problem? • The world has a fixed amount of natural resources. • Some of the greatest threats to future resources come from things we throw away everyday. • Household batteries and electronics often contain dangerous chemicals that may, if sent to a local landfill, leak through the bottom barrier and pollute the groundwater. • Throwing away items that could be recycled diminishes energy, water and natural resources that could be saved by recycling. • People living an un-healthy lifestyle http://gogreeninitative.org/content/WhyGoGreen/ Let’s come up with solutions to these problems and other! If we are truly to be global; we must think globally and act globally. After all, we are all in this together. Join AWC in creating a sustainable vision for the future. Let’s Go Green!
